Tara Waterman is the President and County Manager of Fidelity National Title's Portland Metropolitan operation. With a strong foundation in banking and lending, Tara's career evolved in an impressive trajectory, encompassing diverse roles and mounting responsibilities over 20 years with the company.
Tara's comprehensive expertise in title and escrow encompasses a spectrum of responsibilities, including customer service, residential sales, and successful tenure as an accomplished Escrow Officer and elevation to Escrow Manager. She most recently served as County Manager of Ticor Astoria, responsible for Clatsop, Tillamook, and Columbia Counties.
Central to Tara's leadership philosophy is her steadfast belief in leading through gratitude, acknowledging that her personal and operational achievements are a product of collaborative efforts. As a native of the Pacific Northwest, Tara finds solace in the outdoors, immersing herself in many outdoor activities ranging from crabbing and fishing to camping. Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds joy in entertaining and cooking. However, her most cherished moments are those spent with her four granddaughters.
